PET Film Label is high-performance polyester-based self-adhesive film material. Compared with PP labels, PET labels feature excellent high-temperature resistance, chemical resistance, tensile strength and dimensional stability. These polyester label stocks are widely adopted for thermal transfer printing, laser printing and flexographic printing. Suitable for harsh environments where waterproof, oil-proof, abrasion-resistant and long-term durable marking are required.
We supply multiple series of PET film labels: Matte White PET, Gloss White PET, Silver PET (Matte & Bright), Clear Transparent PET, meeting diverse industrial labeling requirements.
Our PET polyester film label stock overcomes the limitations of paper and ordinary plastic labels, delivering high-temperature resistant, chemical-proof, dimensionally stable and long-lasting labeling solutions for industrial converters and premium brand manufacturers. Below are the core advantages across the entire PET film series:
PET film label adopts high-purity polyester resin raw material with stable molecular structure, featuring excellent extreme temperature resistance. It can withstand a long-term continuous working temperature of -40℃ to 150℃, and resist instantaneous high temperature up to 180℃ without deformation, warping, or label falling off. Different from PP film which is prone to softening and deformation under high temperature and brittle cracking under low temperature, PET labels maintain stable physical and printing performance in high-temperature production workshops, low-temperature cold chain storage, and outdoor extreme weather environments, realizing permanent identification.
The dense and non-porous surface of PET film effectively isolates external corrosive substances. It has excellent resistance to various daily and industrial chemicals, including alcohol, gasoline, machine oil, lubricating oil, weak acid, weak alkali, and detergent solutions. The label will not blister, fade, peel, or ink fall off after long-term contact with chemical liquids. It perfectly adapts to the labeling needs of chemical containers, mechanical equipment, and auto parts that are often exposed to oil stains and chemical solvents.
PET material has ultra-low thermal shrinkage rate and almost no tensile deformation. It will not expand with heat and contract with cold or curl and warp due to environmental temperature and humidity changes. Compared with flexible PP and PE films, PET film is rigid and flat with excellent flatness, ensuring neat labeling and no edge warping. It can maintain precise size and shape for a long time after labeling, which is very suitable for automated high-speed labeling production and high-precision equipment nameplate identification scenarios.
With high tensile strength and structural toughness, PET film is not easy to tear, break or stretch and deform artificially or mechanically. The surface has good scratch resistance, which can resist daily friction, mechanical wiping, transportation and handling wear. Without lamination protection, it can still maintain complete label texture and clear printing content for a long time. It is suitable for industrial products, outdoor facilities and circulating products that require frequent handling and long-term use.
PET film label has stable surface tension and excellent ink adhesion, supporting multiple mainstream industrial printing methods. It is perfectly compatible with thermal transfer printing, laser engraving printing, flexographic printing, offset printing and screen printing. The printed pattern and text are firm and clear, not easy to fall off and blur. It supports personalized variable data printing, batch industrial printing and high-definition color printing, meeting diverse printing process requirements of different industries.
PET film is completely waterproof and moisture-proof, with zero water absorption, effectively preventing label mildew, blistering and falling off caused by humid environment. It has excellent UV resistance and anti-aging performance, can resist outdoor sunlight irradiation and natural weathering erosion. It maintains no fading, no cracking and no performance degradation after long-term outdoor use, suitable for outdoor equipment, solar facilities, outdoor packaging and other long-term exposure scenarios.
Main Application Scenarios of PET Film Label Materials
Benefiting from high temperature resistance, chemical resistance, waterproof and anti-aging properties, PET film labels are widely used in high-standard industrial identification, high-end commercial packaging and outdoor long-term marking fields. It covers electronics, automotive, chemical, beauty & wine, food and beverage, outdoor equipment and other industries, solving the problem of label failure in harsh working conditions.

Electronics & Electrical Industry
As a high-stability industrial labeling material, PET film label is the preferred choice for electronic product permanent marking. It is suitable for PCB circuit boards, lithium batteries, power adapters, chargers, switches, circuit breakers, home appliance nameplates, and precision electronic components. It can withstand high-temperature reflow soldering, workshop high-temperature processing and humid working environment, without curling, falling off or blurred printing. Its insulation and corrosion resistance can effectively avoid circuit safety risks, meeting IEC industrial electronic marking standards.

Automotive & Mechanical Parts
Automobile and mechanical parts are often exposed to high temperature, engine oil, lubricating oil and mechanical friction. PET film labels feature oil resistance, scratch resistance and high & low temperature resistance, perfectly adapting to vehicle operating environments. Widely used for auto engine parts, chassis accessories, battery labels, tire accessories, mechanical equipment nameplates, engineering machinery asset tags and metal component marking. It maintains clear identification for long-term vehicle driving and mechanical operation, avoiding label fading and peeling caused by oil contamination and vibration friction.

Chemical & Industrial Products
Chemical industry has strict requirements on label corrosion resistance and weather resistance. PET film labels can resist weak acid, weak alkali, chemical solvent and liquid erosion, suitable for chemical raw material barrels, industrial reagent containers, coating packaging, chemical equipment and industrial storage facilities. It can adapt to indoor chemical warehouses and open-air chemical stacking environments, maintaining intact label structure and clear text for a long time, realizing traceable and safe industrial marking.

Beauty, Wine & High-end Packaging
With diverse surface textures including glossy, matte and metallic silver, PET film labels have excellent display effects and high-grade texture, meeting the high aesthetic requirements of premium packaging. Widely used for cosmetic bottles, skincare containers, perfume packaging, red wine, wine, spirits and high-end beverage bottle labels. The material is flat and firm, with bright printing colors, no yellowing or warping, effectively improving product grade and brand visual recognition.

Food & Beverage Packaging
PET film material is safe, non-toxic, waterproof and moisture-proof, compliant with food packaging safety standards. It is suitable for all kinds of bottled beverages, functional drinks, dairy products, condiment bottles and finished food packaging labels. It resists water droplet erosion, refrigeration low temperature and daily cleaning friction, preventing label blistering, wrinkling and falling off during product cold chain transportation and shelf display.

Outdoor Long-term Marking
Relying on excellent UV resistance, anti-aging and weather resistance, PET film labels are ideal for outdoor long-term exposure scenarios. Suitable for solar photovoltaic accessories, outdoor power equipment, municipal facilities, outdoor advertising signs, garden equipment and outdoor storage products. It can resist strong sunlight, rain erosion and temperature difference changes, keeping no fading or cracking for years of outdoor use.
